Job Description:
Kokusai is a world leader and rapidly growing company in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of vertical diffusion furnaces used in semiconductor fabrication facilities around the world. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to fill a key technology position serving the semiconductor equipment market with a career growth-oriented company. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate meeting logistics across internal and external stakeholders Create and refine presentation materials including charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and slide decks for corporate presentations and staff meetings Coordinate executive travel planning, prepare detailed itineraries, and submit travel expense reports for the executive team as needed. Maintain confidential files, sensitive documents, and digital records with discretion Reconcile local office invoices and submit documentation to Accounts Payable Coordinate KSEC participation in SEMICON-West, including booth selection, layout and setup, hotel and travel arrangements, and customer meetings and dinners Plan and execute onsite and offsite events, including executive and customer dinners, meeting room logistics, and catering coordination Act as the key liaison for Boise office facilities - managing office upgrades, modifications, service requests, and coordinating with landlords and stakeholders on facilities-related RFQs through purchase orders and warranty support Summarize and Publish weekly and monthly industry technology updates to the executive team based on pre-defined queries Manage office operations including supply ordering, mail handling, and vendor coordination
