Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to help run the backend of a growing Boise real estate business. You're a confident problem-solver who takes initiative, stays calm in a fast-paced environment and doesn't need to be told what to do at every step. You're tech-savvy, detail-oriented and naturally think in systems and processes. You take ownership, follow through and take pride in your work. Most importantly, you want to help build and grow a business , not simply complete a list of tasks. What You'll Do Manage CRM, Trello, Google Drive, email and calendar Coordinate listings, vendors, repairs, inspections and appointments Prepare contracts, documents and client packets Manage buyer searches and scheduling showings Track leads, nurtures and client follow-up Coordinate newsletters, client gifts, events and marketing Assist with social media Maintain the operations manual and keep the business organized Manage office supplies, signs and other inventory Help coordinate future team members as the business grows As the business grows, this role will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and help coordinate additional team members, including a future buyer's agent or showing agent. The vision is to build a small, highly effective team, and this person will play an important role in helping that team function well. Position Details Location :
1065 S Allante Place, Boise, ID 83709
Schedule :
Full-time, approximately 40 hours a week Work environment : Primarily in-office, with some flexibility for the right candidate Occasional evenings/weekends : As needed for vacation coverage or contract writing support
Compensation :
Competitive and flexible based on experience and qualifications.

She is looking to build a small but mighty team that allows the business to continue growing while maintaining a high level of service. This role is an opportunity to become an important part of that growth—not simply an assistant completing tasks, but the person helping implement the systems, organization and infrastructure that allow the business to operate at a higher level.
