Job Description

Join North Idaho College as the Senior Executive Assistant to the President and play a pivotal role at the heart of the institution. This highly visible and trusted position serves as a strategic partner to the President and Board of Trustees, helping ensure the effective operation of the President's Office while supporting institutional leadership, governance, and key initiatives that impact the college and community. In this role, you will manage complex executive calendars, coordinate Board of Trustees meetings and communications, prepare reports and executive correspondence, maintain official records, support strategic projects, oversee office operations, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will help facilitate communication, organize events, support governance processes, and provide critical information that informs executive decision-making. We are seeking a highly organized professional with exceptional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail. Successful candidates will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and a talent for building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate is diplomatic, resourceful, and customer-focused, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations, maintain strict confidentiality, and represent the President's Office with professionalism and integrity. Starting pay range:
$59,888 - $71,865

Alene Campus Work Schedule:
Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30 Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
