What You'll Be Doing Work directly alongside our President as a trusted right hand, gatekeeper, and steady presence in a fast-moving environment. Manage daily business and personal calendars, logistics, priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups. Keep the President organized, prepared, and focused on what matters most. Attend meetings, capture accurate notes, document decisions, and track next steps through completion. Draft and send communications on the President's behalf when appropriate. Anticipate needs and solve problems before they become problems. Handle research, errands, and special projects with limited direction. Coordinate leadership meetings, retreats, special events, and off-site sessions. Build trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Protect confidential business and personal information with absolute discretion. Represent the President and Wickstrom with professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity. Create calm, structure, consistency, and follow-through in a dynamic environment. What You'll Bring Strong emotional intelligence and professional judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organization, planning, and follow-through A resourceful, self-directed approach and the confidence to work with limited direction The ability to think ahead, adapt quickly, and return with solutions when something is unclear A calm, collected presence under pressure Strong discretion and respect for professional boundaries Comfort balancing executive, business, and occasional personal responsibilities Proficiency with email, calendars, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and ideally ChatGPT or other AI tools A valid driver's license and the ability to meet the position's driving requirements Previous Executive Assistant or administrative experience is preferred, but not required; if you have the maturity, instincts, and ability to make things happen, we want to hear from you The Hiring Process We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person.
