Full Job Description Responsibilities:
In support of our Executive Director, assumes responsibility for the overall management and financial performance of the Community Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations Collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development Participates in the pre-screening and move-in process, facilitating a seamless transition for residents and their families Develops, implements, and executes quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Engages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction Actively nurtures a motivating environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overall satisfaction of every team member Embraces innovative and inclusive approaches, displaying dedication to our mission and commitment to providing residents with exceptional and meaningful experiences that promote well-being
Qualifications:
Assisted/Supportive living experience preferred Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
