  • 60,000 DOE Our client is a well-established real estate firm with a strong reputation for professionalism, client service, and community involvement.
They are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO while also playing an important role in the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a diverse, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be involved across multiple areas of a growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing competing priorities. In addition to executive support, this role will provide exposure to property management, real estate operations, client and vendor relationships, special projects, and company and community events. You will work closely with leadership and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by keeping both the CEO and broader organization organized, informed, and moving forward.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and other professional commitments, ensuring priorities are organized and conflicts are avoided Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO while maintaining professionalism and discretion Assist with property management activities, including tenant communication, maintenance requests, vendor coordination, invoices, and property-related documentation Provide administrative support across real estate operations, including preparing documents, maintaining property and client records, coordinating appointments, and tracking deadlines Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, tenants, vendors, contractors, and other business partners Prepare and organize reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documents for the CEO and management team Coordinate meetings, special projects, and business initiatives, following up on open items to ensure timely completion Assist with planning and coordinating company events, community initiatives, charitable activities, and volunteer opportunities Handle confidential information and special projects with discretion, accuracy, and a proactive, hands-on approach
Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative experience; executive support and/or real estate experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms Exceptional organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a polished, professional presence Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership and jump in wherever needed Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Geneva, IL, is hiring for a full-time, permanent Executive Administrative Assistant. #IND2
