Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Personal Sales Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President of a media company. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating projects, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a positive attitude. The candidate will also need sales and marketing skills as well as management skills when dealing with employees. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a management and sales from the corporate level. Responsibilities Manage and maintain detailed calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Drive, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently. Provide Sales and Marketing assistance. Provide executive administrative support by preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate projects and events from inception to completion, including initial sales contact and logistics. Manage office operations including filing systems, front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and office supply inventory to maintain a productive work environment. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone or email with professional phone etiquette while maintaining confidentiality. Experience Proven experience as an executive personal assistant or in a similar administrative role with a strong background in office management. Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and office equipment such as multi-line phones and fax machines. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience providing personal assistant support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and personal errands is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation to foster positive interactions at all levels of the organization.
