As a Japanese Bilingual Senior Associate in Enterprise Operations, you'll be the backbone of our operational excellence - ensuring that our teams run smoothly, our clients feel supported, and our global standards are upheld. You'll work with a diverse, high-performing team and be empowered to take ownership of your work from day one.

What You'll Be Doing1. Own the Operational RhythmYou'll coordinate logistics and technical setups for team meetings, events, and equipment - ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You'll work independently, prioritize tasks, and keep things moving with minimal direction from the GA Manager.2. Collaborate Globally, Lead LocallyYou'll proactively partner with Executive Administrative Assistants (EAAs) across regions, sharing knowledge and aligning on upcoming tasks. You'll also act as a mentor to peers at Band 4 and 5, guiding them on office protocols and expectations.3. Be a Trusted AdvisorYou'll stay informed about Kyndryl's evolving landscape and act as a go-to resource for your team and stakeholders. Your ability to manage complexity, communicate clearly, and lead with accountability will make you indispensable.
