Evercare is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents and staff. With multiple locations and expanding operations, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Evercare's senior executives. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-up items Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the executive team Assist with office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination Help maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical Support project management efforts and follow through on key action items Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners Perform general office duties and special projects as neededQualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Why Join Evercare?
