Confidential Opportunity Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Chicago, Illinois | Full-Time | Onsite 5 Days Per Week We have been exclusively retained by a highly respected global organization to identify an exceptional Executive Assistant to support multiple senior executives based in Chicago. This works across up to four C-Level Executives. This is not a traditional support role. This is an opportunity to sit at the center of leadership, helping senior decision-makers operate at their highest level. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to executives leading major commercial, operational, and strategic priorities across North America and globally. What You'll Be Doing Provide executive support to multiple senior leaders, including complex calendar management across time zones and shifting priorities Coordinate high-volume domestic and international travel itineraries with precision Manage meetings, agendas, logistics, preparation materials, and follow-up actions Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion Prepare polished presentations, reports, correspondence, and executive materials Serve as a trusted liaison across internal teams, customers, vendors, and senior stakeholders Create structure, process, and organization in a fast-moving environment Anticipate issues early and solve problems before they escalate Support leadership events, customer visits, and key strategic moments in the Chicago headquarters Bring calm, consistency, and professionalism to an evolving executive environment What We're Looking For Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously Background in global, matrixed, or high-performance corporate environments Outstanding organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail Strong judgment and ability to prioritize in real time Calm under pressure with the ability to pivot quickly Executive presence and polished communication skills High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability Resourceful, proactive, and highly dependable Comfortable working onsite five days per week in Chicago Someone who enjoys being behind the scenes while making a major impact Ideal Backgrounds Experience from sectors such as: Consumer goods Food & beverage Manufacturing Private equity-backed businesses Corporate headquarters environments Fast-growth or transformation-led organizations Compensation Base salary up to $100,000 (potential flexibility on this) Performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package The Opportunity Some careers grow through titles.
