TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant serves as the "right-hand" partner to the Business Unit President and Executive Leadership Team, providing high-level administrative and operational support. This role requires exceptional judgment, flexibility, and discretion while handling a variety of complex, time-sensitive, and confidential matters. Acting as a key liaison between the President, staff, and employees, the Executive Assistant ensures efficient operations, clear communication, and strong alignment across the organization across the globe. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a trusted partner and liaison to the Business Unit President and Executive staff, ensuring effective communication and operational flow across teams in multiple regions.
Manage and coordinate executive-level meetings, conferences, customer events (e.g. The Home Depot), and special projects, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up documentation.
Prepare, proof, and assemble reports, presentations, and executive communications; evaluate and improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Screen calls, visitors, and requests; manage the President's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritizing competing demands across multiple time zones.
Compose original correspondence, memos, reports, and other professional documentation on behalf of the executive team.
Develop and maintain organizational systems that support the accomplishment of business objectives and improve workflow.
Conduct research, analyze information, and resolve general business inquiries and conflicts with minimal supervision.
Act as an ambassador for company culture and employee engagement initiatives within the Business Unit.
Demonstrate adaptability by managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and adjusting to shifting needs in a dynamic environment.
Perform other duties and special assignments as required to support the Business Unit's success. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience required.
Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible administrative or office management experience in a fast-paced business environment.
Prior experience within Team TTI or a related field environment preferred.
Managerial or leadership experience is strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interpersonal and customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Demonstrated assertiveness, adaptability, and drive for results in a diverse, fast-moving environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant technologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain composed under pressure.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
