Company Description Matthew 25 Health and Care is dedicated to providing free primary healthcare services to uninsured, low-income residents across Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio. As the only full-time safety-net organization in Allen County, we offer medical, dental, vision, and mental health services at no cost to our patients. Serving a 15-county area, we provide over 32,000 visits annually through a hybrid model of over 350 volunteers and a staff of just over 30. Operating without governmental funding, we rely entirely on donations, grants, and volunteer support to assist the most vulnerable members of our community. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Wayne, IN. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, preparing and reviewing expense reports, coordinating internal and external communications, and providing general administrative assistance. The role also involves working closely with leadership to facilitate organizational objectives and initiatives. Qualifications Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance including organizing schedules, meeting coordination, and maintaining records Proficiency in Executive Support tasks such as handling confidential information and supporting leadership-level roles Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written, with attention to detail Critical thinking is a must Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software Strong organizational and time-management abilities Previous experience in nonprofit or healthcare settings is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related fieldSimilar remote jobs
