Commercial Lines Insurance Processor Position Summary:
The Commercial Lines Insurance Processor supports Commercial Lines Customer Service Agents by handling the day-to-day servicing, documentation, and processing needs of assigned accounts. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agency and carrier requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, and new/renewal policies in accordance with agency procedures Prepare and issue certificates of insurance Order and review Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) Update applications and compile underwriting materials, including loss runs, workers' compensation mod worksheets, cover letters, and supporting documentation for carrier submission Assemble proposals, binders, and Auto ID cards for client delivery Provide administrative and project-based support to the Commercial Lines team as needed
Qualifications:
Active Indiana Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the insurance industry Familiarity with commercial Property & Casualty coverages, carriers, and products preferred but not required Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work in a digital environment; experience with Applied Epic a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, carrier portals, and phone systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a customer-focused mindset Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently Ability to manage changing priorities and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment Ability to successfully pass a background check, as permitted by law

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
