This role involves building trust-based partnerships with customers, conducting technical investigations, and driving continuous improvement across our die casting, machining, and finishing operations. Essential Functions Address product issues (die casting, machining, finishing) at our facility and at the customer's site Monitor customer rejects and complaints; compile and distribute data internally Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with customers through regular communication and support Train and mentor Ryobi Quality Representatives in the field as assigned Assist with process and quality training for RDC personnel Conduct and track progress of 8D, CAR, and PAR reports Present and explain reports in detail to customers; support 8D champion with development Visit customer and supplier plants as needed for on-site support and assessment Develop, train, and direct quality methods and best practices Comply with all RDC safety and company policies Perform special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of one of the following: Technical Bachelor's degree Technical Associate's degree plus 1 year of work experience 3 years of work experience Why Ryobi?
