The Executive Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. May direct and lead the work of others. Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: + Bachelor's degree, preferred. + High School Diploma/G.E.D. required. + 3 years related experienceMust have strong computer skills. + Must be organized, detail oriented and a self starter. + Must have excellent record keeping skills. + Ability to edit and work with PowerPoint software for presentations, preferred. Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally.
