Our model is built on long-term relationships, proactive planning, and high-touch client service. We meet with clients quarterly and coordinate all aspects of their financial lives-not just investments. Responsibility for follow through does not sit with the client - it sits with us. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high-trust operator who can support multiple leaders, manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and build strong working relationships across the firm. The ideal candidate can make busy leaders more effective. Executive assistant We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy professional who can help our leadership team operate at a higher level. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who enjoys anticipating needs, solving problems, managing competing priorities, and helping busy leaders stay focused on what matters most. The right person will become a high-trust operator who helps create clarity, organization, and follow-through in a fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the person others rely on. Success requires sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with a variety of personalities and work styles. This role supports multiple leaders across the firm, including our two founders, our two owners, and our support manager. What you'll do Executive & Leadership Support
- Serve as a trusted partner to firm leadership
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate travel, appointments, events, and special projects
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they become issues
- Track action items and ensure follow-through on commitments
- Help leaders stay organized and focused on high-value activities Operations & Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Assist with internal projects and process improvements
- Coordinate communication and logistics across departments
- Help create consistency and organization within the firm
