What you can expect working in the Executive Administrative Assistant position The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team, providing high-level support across a wide range of priorities and initiatives. This role collaborates with departments across all LANGE organizations to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive results. As a highly visible and trusted position, the Executive Administrative Assistant demonstrates exceptional discretion, operational excellence, strong leadership capability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provides direct strategic administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Manages executive calendars, priorities, and workflow with a proactive, anticipatory approach. Coordinates logistics for meetings and events, including catering, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and company-sponsored functions. Leads the administrative team, providing day-to-day supervision and oversight of all administrative processes and personnel. Manages special projects and office initiatives as requested by leadership members. Oversees company plane scheduling, ensuring appropriate approvals, communication and coordination of travel logistics. Provides administrative backup support at other LANGE office locations as needed. Upholds a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive organization and personnel information. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 3+ years of executive-level experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating corporate aviation or complex travel logistics.
