Job Description
Job description: Job Summary The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, directing preparation of monthly reports, and handling information requests. They will aid the President and Human Resources in preparing for meetings and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. They will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. They must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and projects. Interacting with Team Members (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, and sometimes under pressure, is an important part of this role. For this reason, the candidate's ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is crucial. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making abilities, and attention to detail are equally important. Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support to the President and to Human Resources
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of HR records
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Conduct proofreading and editing of HR documents
- Support office management tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive Company and HR information Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role with expertise in booking travel and calendar management
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide executive administrative support effectively
- Proficiency in project coordination and multitasking
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of office management procedures

Full-time Pay:
$55,000.00- $60,000.
