Job Description
- Answer phones, purchase/order supplies, and process mail.
- Manage timekeeping, book travel arrangements, and organize schedules.
- Review and edit executive correspondence.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Provide administrative support for Board activities. Qualifications Experience - 5 years clerical experience in an executive leadership level secretarial/administrative assistant position. Education - High school or equivalent. Technical Skills and Competencies
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and business etiquette/professionalism.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, including building and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Effective time management, multitasking, and project coordination.
- Social perceptiveness, critical thinking, executive correspondence proficiency, and judgment/decision-making.
- Skills in monitoring/assessing performance.
