Job Description
What you'll be doing: Coordinates and prioritizes activities of Presidents and Global Chief Revenue Officer. Interfaces with all the divisions of the company. Maintains calendar(s) of appointments. Independently composes reports and correspondence. Able to complete many varied tasks expeditiously. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Makes travel and business meeting arrangements for executives and designated members of the executive team. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Prepare and submit expense reports. Review and approve expense reports on behalf of the Executive Team. Responsible for meeting and event planning and execution. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May direct and lead the work of others. Other duties as assigned. What we're looking for: 5-7 years of strategic, tactical EA experience with a large corporate company environment. Experience supporting multiple individuals at the Director level (in-person and remote). Will have a calm approach, a flexible and proactive working style and be able to adapt to suit different situations and people at a senior level. Evidence of having supported a busy personal and professional schedule. Experience of working within a fast paced, demanding environment. Strong written and oral communication. Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and concur.
