Executive Assistant Daley and Associates - 4.4 Boston, MA Job Details Contract $40 - $50 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Executive administrative support Bachelor's degree Financial services Full Job Description Executive Assistant We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Assistant at a global asset management co. located in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry (required). This is a temporary role (est. 4+ months with an opportunity for extension and/or permanent placement).
Hourly Pay Rate:
$40.00-$50.00 (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 4 days per week. Starts May 26th, 2026. Responsibilities Administrative support and client service for the assigned Executive/Team Global calendar management Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings Schedule and coordinate appointment calendars Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Coordinate weekly meetings Create presentations, charts, and spreadsheets for meetings Coordinate conference calls Assist in day-to-day operations, including workspace logistics and vendor/on-site management Assist in projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree (required) Minimum of 3+ years of executive administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in the financial services/asset management industry (required) Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) High degree of professionalism Strong time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and oral Thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy For immediate consideration, interested and qualified, please send an updated resume in a Word document to: #LI-HG1 #LI-Hybrid IND123Similar remote jobs
