This individual will serve as a key administrative partner, managing complex calendars, coordinating communications, preparing materials for board meetings, recording meeting minutes, maintaining board documentation, and assisting with a variety of day-to-day administrative functions. This is a highly visible role that requires professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendar scheduling for senior leadership Monitor and coordinate email correspondence on behalf of leadership Prepare presentations and meeting materials for board meetings Record meeting minutes and maintain board meeting documentation and logs Coordinate meetings, appointments, and special events Assist with administrative projects and ad hoc requests as needed Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities
Skills:
5+ Years of Executive Assistant Experience or Administrative Assistant experience Strong Calendar Management and Executive Scheduling Experience Experience Preparing Presentations, Meeting Materials, and Board Packets Why This Opportunity?
