Key Responsibilities Manage complex, high-volume calendars and scheduling priorities Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics Oversee Purchase Orders (POs), SOWs, and budget tracking Maintain and organize SharePoint and OneDrive systems Support planning and execution of leadership meetings and team events Qualifications 3+ years of administrative experience (corporate/biotech preferred) Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive) Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity with professionalism
