Job Description:
Wavecrest Growth Partners is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to join the firm in Spring 2026. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will provide administrative support to the firm's mid-level and senior leadership teams while supporting day-to-day office administration and operational needs. This role is well suited for a highly organized, proactive individual who brings energy and precision to balancing executive support with hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment. Executive & Administrative Support Provide administrative support to five mid-level and senior leaders, including complex calendar management, multi-time zone scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Coordinate meetings by managing scheduling, logistics, preparing agendas and materials, tracking action items, and supporting timely follow-up as needed. Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, portfolio companies, and external contacts, ensuring clear and effective communication. Office Administration & Firm Support Support the Director of Operations in managing day-to-day office operations and administrative processes to ensure a well-organized, professional workplace. Manage office inventory and facilities coordination, including working with building management and service vendors when needed. Promote a welcoming office environment by greeting and assisting guests and serving as a point of contact for office-related questions and administrative requests. Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup, office access, equipment coordination, and office orientation. Assist in planning, coordination, and logistical support for internal meetings and offsites as well as any special projects or ad hoc request in support of firm operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or office administration role, preferably within financial services, asset management, or professional services with experience supporting multiple managers or mid-level leadership. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. High energy and personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Collaborative, team-oriented working style.
