• is a growing investment firm and has an opening for an Executive Assistant!

Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide administrative support to multiple Partners Plan complex meetings, calls and travel arrangements (both domestic and international travel) Coordinate all internal and external meetings Track business expenses and prepare expense reports Perform Internet research Prioritize assignments and meet project deadlines as scheduled

Qualifications:

5+ years of administrative support experience working with senior management Excellent organizational skills; outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills Demonstrated professional maturity (discretion, flexibility, and self-starter able to work with minimum supervision) Resourceful and adept at problem solving; must be a team player; strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Bachelor's Degree preferred This is a direct-hire, full-time position that includes full benefits and competitive salary
