Job Description:
Seeking a highly polished Executive Assistant to support a small group of senior executives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment within the investment industry.
Location:
Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Compensation:
$115K-$120K DOE + bonus This is a standout opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping complex schedules and priorities running seamlessly. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, discretion, collaboration and a solutions-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Track and process expenses with accuracy and timeliness
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve challenges
  • Support team initiatives and special projects
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Prior experience in financial services or investment environments strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong technical proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, Teams)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
