full-time Executive Assistant | Analyst Track Boston, MA A leading Asset Management firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its Fixed Income team. This person will support a team of approximately four investment professionals in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an EA who is interested in learning the investment business and looking to grow beyond traditional administrative work. The role offers a fast-track path to an Analyst position, with opportunities to take on project-based work and build exposure to the Fixed Income business.

onstie 4 days/week
Hours:
7:00am - 4:00pm
EST Compensation:
$85,000-95,000 on a base
What You'll Do:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meetings across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries Support meetings, events, offsites, presentations, and special projects Handle expenses, subscriptions, onboarding, and other team operations Conduct research and assist with reports and presentations Support broader leadership teams and provide cross-coverage as needed Leverage AI and technology to improve processes and create efficiencies
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services or another professional services environment Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills High level of discretion and comfort handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint Proactive, adaptable, and able to stay composed in a fast-paced environment Genuine interest in the investment business and desire to grow into an Analyst role Comfortable learning new technology and using AI to improve workflows For immediate consideration, please reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at klucey@daleyaa.com.
