Job Description

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner to executives while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Essential Functions Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments Coordinate meetings, conference calls, presentations, and special events Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive business information Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external vendors Track deadlines, action items, and follow-up tasks for executive leadership Assist with expense reports, budgeting support, and invoice processing Organize and maintain office systems and administrative procedures Support strategic projects and operational initiatives as assigned Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years of executive or senior administrative support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Total Rewards The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of Chesapeake Specialty Care salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/training and other qualifications.
