Executive Assistant Our client, a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an essential support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments.   • Manage and prioritize multiple executive calendars, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and proactive planning
  • Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and clients
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support travel arrangements, including booking, itineraries, and expense reportingWhat's Needed
  • 3-5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (executive-level support preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proven ability to manage time independently and anticipate executive needs
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • High school diploma or GED requiredPreferred Experience
  • Success managing multiple executive calendars simultaneously in a fast-paced enterprise environment
