About the Role As Executive Operations Assistant, you will work directly with the Executive Director to support daily operations across two organizations: DAW Construction — a construction company focused on project coordination, business development, vendor relations, compliance, contracting, and administrative operations. Holland Wellness Center — a behavioral health and wellness organization focused on clinical operations, compliance, client services, staffing, documentation, and program development. Working With the Executive Director You will partner closely with a driven, direct, and growth-minded leader who values professionalism, accountability, confidentiality, and clear communication. What You'll Do Support daily executive and administrative operations across both companies Manage calendars, appointments, email, reminders, and follow-up tasks Prepare letters, notices, forms, reports, and other professional documents Assist with business development, vendor portals, applications, and outreach Organize files, invoices, employee records, compliance documents, and business materials Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, providers, staff, vendors, and partners Track deadlines, assigned tasks, meetings, and project updates Support special projects, research, document preparation, and growth initiatives Maintain strict confidentiality across all business, employee, and client information What We're Looking For A forward thinker who anticipates needs and brings solutions A coachable quick learner who applies feedback fast Dependable, motivated, and professional Organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities A strong written and verbal communicator A self-starter who follows through without constant reminders Trustworthy, with a track record of handling confidential information Genuinely interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, and business growth Required Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Ability to follow direction and complete tasks independently Proficiency with email, Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and basic document management Strong organization and time-management skills Commitment to confidentiality at all times Preferred Qualifications Prior administrative, executive assistant, or office support experience Experience with scheduling, filing, document preparation, or customer service Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and electronic file systems Interest or background in construction, healthcare, behavioral health, business administration, or entrepreneurship Experience supporting leadership, operations, compliance, or project coordination Who Thrives in This Role Candidates tend to come in at one of three levels, and we welcome all of them: Solid Administrative Experience — Reliable and organized, with solid experience managing daily tasks, scheduling, documents, and communication. Strong Executive Assistant Experience — Independent and detail-oriented, able to support executive operations with limited supervision while maintaining confidentiality. Experienced EA / Operations Coordinator — Skilled at managing multiple priorities, coordinating operations, building systems, and supporting business growth, compliance, and projects.
