Job Description

Executive/Personal Assistant We are looking for a highly organized, fast-learning professional who enjoys helping people, creating order, and supporting a high-performing team. Plack Group is a boutique tax and advisory firm serving high-income individuals and business owners across the United States from our Bel AIR, MD office. Our clients value thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and exceptional service; not rushed, transactional interactions. This role supports both the owner and the broader team through a mix of executive support, client communication, operational coordination, and light tax-related administration. What You'll Do Manage schedules, priorities, and communication for the owner Serve clients professionally by phone, email, and video Organize documents, workflows, and internal processes Help process tax returns and client documents Send documents for electronic signature and track completion Support the team and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly Assist with personal administrative tasks for the owner Who Thrives in This Role Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Warm, professional, and service-minded with clients Fast learner who enjoys mastering systems and processes Comfortable with direct communication and accountability Able to prioritize well and work without significant oversight Pro-active and is always looking to improve Enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a close-knit team This Role Is NOT a Fit If You Prefer repetitive work with little variety Need constant direction to stay on task Dislike learning new systems or processes Are looking for a remote or low-interaction role Qualifications Administrative, executive assistant, or operations support experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Comfortable learning new software quickly Bachelor's degree preferred Our Environment We are a values-driven firm focused on professionalism, integrity, stewardship, and long-term relationships.
