We are partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior executives, including the Chief Compliance & Legal Officer. This is a high-visibility role supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Washington DC. This position is ideal for someone with strong executive support experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, expense reports, and executive meetings
- Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, logistics, and executive support activities
- Draft, proofread, and prepare professional correspondence and presentations
- Support special projects, research, reporting, and executive communications
- Coordinate onboarding activities for executives and consultants
- Assist with office operations, meeting logistics, and facility coordination
- Partner closely with executive leadership and administrative teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Recent experience supporting a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or legal department required
- Strong experience managing complex Outlook calendars and executive travel
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Zoom, VPN, DocuSign, and executive-level communications
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong proofreading and editing abilities
- Experience coordinating Board meetings or executive-level events preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be eligible to obtain a DoD background investigation
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Healthcare or government program experience
