Cell Phone Technician/ Must Have Professional experience

Senior Cell Phone & Computer Repair Technician We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience and the ability to work directly with customers in a fast-paced environment. We need a professional who can diagnose and fix complex problems on the spot.

Key Technical Requirements:

Expert Smartphone Repair:

Professional-grade screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs (including soldering), and power/volume button fixes.

Computer & Laptop Repair:

Advanced hardware diagnostics and repair for both PC and MacBook systems.

Master Diagnostics:

You must be able to identify the exact root cause of an issue to ensure no damage occurs during the repair process.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality repairs on smartphones, tablets, and computers efficiently and professionally. Interact directly with customers to explain technical issues and provide professional repair solutions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times. Take full responsibility for the safety of customer devices; we have zero tolerance for avoidable damage.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of professional repair experience (no trainees or helpers). Proven experience working on iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, and various laptop brands. Strong communication skills for direct customer interaction. Ability to work independently without supervision.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
