Overview This is a full-time, onsite career opportunity that is based out of our International Building location in Hunt Valley, MD . Under minimal supervision and acting on own initiative and direction, provides complex administrative support to one or more of the organization's executives, requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures and people. Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and events, prepare reports and presentations. Anticipates executive needs, communicates proactively, and ensures timely follow-through on assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Supports day-to-day office operations by coordinating administrative, facility, and operational activities to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environment. Builds strong relationships with internal and external partners and adapts effectively to changing business priorities. Responsibilities Acting on own initiative, performs advanced clerical and administrative duties for Executive Level Managers, General managers or Managers of autonomic business units. Assignments generally involve work of a confidential nature and require knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs. Organizes Market Advisory Board meetings. Compiling and distributing reports and information for the meetings. Arranging board room prior to meeting. Assisting Advisory Board members as needed. Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes. Coordinate events, leadership meetings, and special projects. Manage expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks accurately and timely. Prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Follow through on assignments independently and provide timely status updates. Support multiple executives while adapting to changing business priorities. Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and work independently. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
