Temp-to-Hire Our client is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced professional environment. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to develop into a more senior-level support position over time. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership and senior administrative staff Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries Prepare presentations, reports, communications, and other business documents Organize meetings and events, including logistics, materials preparation, catering coordination, and guest support Draft and distribute communications to internal stakeholders and staff Assist with special projects and executive office initiatives Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts Serve as a backup resource for executive office operations as needed Occasionally assist with transportation and hospitality arrangements for visiting executives, staff, or guests Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional, confident, and service-oriented approach Comfortable interacting directly with executive leadership and helping manage priorities effectively Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and executive communications Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is polished, adaptable, proactive, and highly dependable.
