Owings Mills, MD 21117 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership (Vice President/Senior Vice President level). This role requires handling confidential information, managing complex schedules, and supporting daily operations with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and initiative. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conflicts Arrange travel, meetings, and logistics as needed Screen calls, manage correspondence, and handle sensitive information with discretion Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes Reporting & Data Management Compile, analyze, and maintain data for reports and presentations Create and manage spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and organization Maintain departmental records and files Operational & Logistical Coordination Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences (including logistics and catering) Assist with expense reports, invoices, and financial tracking Support timelines and departmental projects Team & Organizational Support Collaborate with leadership, staff, and external stakeholders Assist with onboarding coordination and special projects Provide general administrative and office support as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite Experience managing multiple executive calendars Previous experience with purchasing, procurement, or expense management preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Preferred Skills Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment Familiarity with reporting tools and data tracking Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
