Executive Administrative Assistant - Hampden Corporate Office We are seeking an organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative, legal, communications, and project support. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and keep projects and schedules on track. What You'll Do Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, travel, correspondence, and incoming requests. Provide administrative support for legal matters, contract reviews, and confidential documentation. Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, contracts, legal documents, and communications. Track deadlines, follow-up items, contract requests, expenses, invoicing, and timekeeping. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documentation. Review materials for consistency with company branding standards. Support internal workflows, events, community outreach, sponsorships, and charitable giving. Assist senior leadership with special projects and operational initiatives. Qualifications Associate's degree in business administration, Office Administration, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred. Administrative, executive support, or office management experience. Experience supporting senior leadership or working in a professional services environment preferred. Strong organizational, communication, proofreading, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Document management experience required. Training and Certifications Current, clean Class C driver's license required.
