Executive Assistant About JDK Construction Services JDK Construction Services is the largest female-owned and operated construction cleaning and support services company in Michigan. Since 2000, we have specialized in new, final, and post-construction clean-up services for a wide variety of commercial and residential properties. Why Join Us? You will work closely with company decision-makers and play an important role in keeping projects, priorities, and communications running smoothly. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our leadership team. This is not a training position — applicants must have prior experience supporting executives or senior managers in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with company leadership to help keep operations organized, documented, and moving forward. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable tracking multiple projects, conversations, and action items across the business.
Pay range:
$20-$25 per hour , based on skillset and experience. Key Responsibilities Support executives by keeping meetings, communications, and priorities organized Take detailed meeting notes and track follow-up items and action steps Maintain organized records of contracts, pricing history, and important company documents Track open items and provide reminders to leadership on outstanding tasks and deadlines Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications across departments Maintain lists of projects, priorities, and operational details to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Assist with recruitment support, candidate communications, and onboarding coordination Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence and internal reports for leadership review Help maintain internal systems, procedures, and documentation Provide proactive administrative support by anticipating needs and helping keep daily operations organized Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Executive Assistant or closely related administrative support experience Proven ability to keep executives organized and manage multiple priorities Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Experience working with spreadsheets and shared documents (Google Sheets or similar) Track action items and follow-ups, providing reminders to ensure progress day-to-day, week-to-week, and month-to-month Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to track multiple tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines Comfortable handling confidential business information Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience supporting multiple executives or managers Background in HR support such as recruiting or onboarding Familiarity with workforce tools such as QuickBooks Time, Linxup, or similar platforms If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track, we'd love to hear from you.Schedule Monday-Friday Job Type:
