The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Duties Manage and maintain detailed calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently. Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcribing audio recordings with accuracy. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and all stakeholders are informed through effective communication and follow-up. Handle complex office management tasks such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining organized records. Assist with event planning for corporate meetings, conferences, and special functions, including logistics coordination and vendor communication. Manage phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems, screen calls professionally, and direct inquiries appropriately. Perform clerical duties such as front desk reception, customer service interactions, office supply management, and filing systems to support daily operations. Requirements Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and office management software like DocuSign. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional typing speed combined with transcription skills to produce accurate documentation quickly. Demonstrated experience in event planning, project coordination, bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred), and office management. Outstanding communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience. High level of computer literacy with familiarity in multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling. Attention to detail in proofreading documents and performing data entry tasks accurately. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
