We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to our clients. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive & Sales Assistant to join our team and support our leadership while contributing to business growth.
Position Overview:
The Executive & Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting the firm's leadership with administrative tasks, client relations, and sales initiatives. This individual will serve as a reliable right-hand person, ensuring operational efficiency and enhancing client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and client-facing meetings. Position responsibilities will extend to other business endeavors undertaken by executive.
Sales Support:
Assist with lead generation, client onboarding, and follow-up communications. Maintain and update the firm's CRM database. Help draft correspondence, contracts, and engagement letters. Track and report sales metrics and assist with sales strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain an organized filing system for client and business documents. Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and coordinating vendors. Back up receptionist duties. Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a professional services setting. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales or client relationship management. Familiarity with professional service operations.
