The Opportunity As an executive assistant , you will provide high-level administrative support across the firm. Unlike roles dedicated to a single content area, you will be a key member of a centralized Administrative Team that provides support services to the firm in general. This is an ideal role for an organized professional seeking: Firm-wide impact: Serve as a lead for project-based needs across various policy areas, including scheduling, meeting setup, and document support.Strategic support:
Provide dedicated administrative backing and calendar management for the firm's policy directors.Facility ownership:
Share responsibility for daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for staff and guests.Varied responsibilities:

Contribute directly to firm and client success through efficient time management and proactive problem-solving. What You'll Do Consulting Staff and Project Support As a primary support lead for our consulting staff, you will ensure our project teams have everything they need to succeed.You'll:
Serve as the lead for project-based needs, including scheduling, meeting setup/cleanup, and document support for client meetings. Manage travel logistics for project teams and coordinate with venues and caterers for onsite and offsite meetings. Draft and format memos, letters, presentations, and emails with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy. Compile and organize vital information, managing both physical and electronic files, contact lists, and reports. Director and Facility Services As part of the Administrative Team providing core services to the entire firm, you will keep our office and leadership organized.You'll:
Provide dedicated administrative support and calendar management for policy directors. Prepare and document monthly expense reports for policy directors. Share responsibility for daily office open/close duties to maintain a secure, organized, and clean environment. Monitor and manage inventory for office and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless daily operations. Provide general office support, including scanning, processing mail, printing, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Professional Growth and Team Culture To foster a balance of excellent work and collegiality, you'll: Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of firm-wide events, including staff celebrations. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive firm information, exercising high discretion. Foster a supportive and creative working environment for all PSC colleagues. Seek areas for personal growth through mentorship and professional development opportunities. Be occasionally available beyond regular work hours to respond to urgent firm and staff needs. What We're Looking For Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in office administration or a related field preferred Experience Three years of experience in an executive assistant position (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience coordinating logistics for meetings of various sizes and needs Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Thorough knowledge of integrated email and calendaring systems (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar) Core Qualities Detail oriented: Applies thoroughness to every task, monitoring work for high accuracy.Exceptional time manager:
