Job DescriptionExecutive Assistant to Vice President Regional Business Unit Leader - Vehicle Motion SteeringPartner with others to create and plan engaging team member activities, programs (including virtual events), and incentivesManage VP calendar, travel arrangements and booking, expense reports, document signatures, etc.
Support VP with various presentation / documentation / dashboards creation as necessary, especially utilizing AIAssist the team in any needed onboarding or off boarding tasksCoordinate and moderate meetings, including taking notes, publishing minutes and follow up on open items.
Scheduling and Travel coordination / managementExpense management and tracking including expense reportsCoordinate and plan various workshops, leadership visits, team building events as needed, working closely with international counterpartsMaintain various standard documentation such as Organization Charts, General Company Presentation, etcMaintain and order office supplies and IT equipmentTrack and report various KPIs as necessaryIssue Purchase Requisitions and Capital Expenditure Requisitions for as necessaryReview, forward, and approve invoices as necessaryCoaching / problem solving with associates in regards to Bosch processes and procedures (iBUY system ordering / issues / vendor approval, P-Card, PM7 Invoicing, purchase order tracking / invoicing / goods receipt etc)We are looking for an Executive Assistant who:
Creates and drives a positive office environment and team atmosphereDemonstrates highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentationDevelops a strong network within the facility, including our two manufacturing locations, and international locations

QualificationsQualificationsEducation:
Associate Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred1-3 years previous experience in an administrative assistant or office manager or similar rolePreferred QualificationsHighly skilled with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot etcExperience with SAP or like ERP systems is a plusExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly (time management skills)Additional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
