Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your exceptional customer service skills will help set the tone for the entire visit, making it memorable for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover. Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed. Utilize Resy system accurately for managing guest check-ins and tracking wait times. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their dining experience. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
