The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong background in office management, event planning, and project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our team.
  • Duties:
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the leadership team, including managing schedules, coordinating daily agenda. Among other various tasks.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to the CEO, ensuring their daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate complex events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging catering, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and developing strategies to overcome them.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to maintain calendars, create reports, and manage documents and spreadsheets.
  • Utilize Outlook Calendar to schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain a clean and organized calendar.
  • Demonstrate strong administrative skills, including maintaining organized files, records, and databases.
  • Provide support with proofreading documents and presentations to ensure error-free content.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external, including vendors and clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
  • Strong experience in event planning, including coordinating logistics and managing budgets.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant to senior executives.
  • Knowledge of office management best practices and administrative procedures.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records and databases.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent proofreading skills, with the ability to identify and correct errors in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong administrative skills, including experience with data entry and project coordination.
