Wayne, MI:
Executive Personal Assistant (Transportation + Tech Focus) We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior leader in the transportation industry at our Wayne, MI location. This role blends executive support with technology coordination, system integrations, and customer-focused operational support. What You'll Do Manage complex executive calendars, schedules, and priority meetings Coordinate travel and on-site logistics across multiple locations Prepare polished presentations, reports, and executive-level documents Support system integrations between dispatch, CRM, customer portals, Microsoft 365, and other transportation platforms Assist with aligning our internal systems with customer systems to improve communication, scheduling, and data flow Help onboard customers into shared tools or portals, ensuring smooth adoption Troubleshoot basic software or workflow issues and collaborate with IT Identify opportunities to streamline processes across operations and customer-facing systems Serve as a liaison between the executive, customers, internal teams, and external partners Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism What We're Looking For 3+ years supporting senior leadership (transportation, logistics, or distribution experience preferred) Strong comfort with technology, system configuration, and integrated tools Experience with transportation-related systems (TMS, dispatch software, GPS/telematics, driver management tools) Background supporting customer-facing integrations or system onboarding Excellent communication skills, both internal and customer-facing Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive problem solver Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaborative digital tools Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with CRM integrations or transportation management systems Familiarity with workflow automation (Power Automate, Zapier, etc.) Experience in customer success or operational tech support Why You'll Love Working With Us Direct, high-impact role supporting executive leadership The chance to influence system improvements that affect teams and customers Fast-paced, mission-driven transportation environment Supportive culture, professional growth, and competitive compensation Work onsite in Wayne, MI — central to our operational leadership Interested?
