Executive Legal Assistant Adams & Martin Group - 3.8 Minneapolis, MN Job Details Full-time | Contract $28 - $39 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Executive administrative support Legal administrative experience Full Job Description Adams & Martin Group is seeking an Executive Legal Assistant to join a national law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a contract opportunity with an onsite work arrangement. The Executive Legal Assistant's responsibilities include: Provide executive-level administrative support to a busy Tax & Wealth attorney (Sarah Wentz) Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings with high-touch client interaction Prepare materials and logistics for client meetings and presentations Monitor and triage attorney inbox, prioritizing communications and managing follow-ups Anticipate scheduling needs based on attorney travel and availability Open and manage new client matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm processes Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting attorneys, executives, or partners in a law firm or professional services environment Strong executive assistant skillset, including calendar management, communication, and prioritization Experience handling high-volume client interaction and confidential information Familiarity with opening client matters and legal administrative processes Ability to anticipate needs, stay organized, and manage competing priorities Estate, tax and/or wealth management experience preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
