Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to a high-net-worth entrepreneur with diverse business interests. This position requires someone who enjoys creating order from complexity and takes pride in ensuring every detail is handled flawlessly. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling across multiple businesses. Coordinate domestic and international travel. Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive business matters with discretion. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items. Coordinate meetings with other executives, vendors, and business partners. Track projects and ensure deadlines are met across multiple companies. Manage personal and business errands, appointments, and special projects. Organize events, dinners, client entertainment, and executive meetings. Maintain records, contracts, subscriptions, and important documentation. Research vendors, products, services, and business opportunities. Assist with household management and occasional personal requests as needed. Be available to solve problems quickly when unexpected situations arise. Qualifications 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, business owners, or high-net-worth individuals. Outstanding organizational and project management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication. High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence. Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions independently. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Apple devices, and modern productivity software. Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly. Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality at all times.
