Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and logistical coordination Provide both in-person and virtual support, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements Handle HR-related invoicing, including coding, expense report processing, and tracking for final approvals Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Support reporting and administrative functions, including Excel-based data tracking and analysis

Qualifications:

2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant Experience with expense reports, calendar management, and travel coordination Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
