Full Time Summary:
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily operations across hospital and departmental services. This role serves as an extension of the CEO and COO, supporting executive communication, provider coordination, board activities, and organizational initiatives. Manage executive schedules, priorities, and communications Coordinate meetings, including preparation of materials and documentation Assist with board-related materials and organizational projects Support providers, operations, and department leaders Facilitate communication between executives, providers, and staff Maintain organization of files, reports, and administrative tasks Manage executive schedules, priorities, and communications Coordinate meetings, including preparation of materials and documentation Assist with board-related materials and organizational projects Support providers, operations, and department leaders
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field Minimum 3-5 years' experience supporting executive leadership, preferably in healthcare Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional communication skills with physicians and leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
