- Providing administrative support to the Executive team, Management, and HR including managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings,
- Performs general secretarial and clerical duties, including typing, copying, and filing correspondence, memos, letters, etc
- Work to order, set up, breakdown catering events including sometimes picking up food and delivering to HAI.
- Answers incoming calls, screens, and routes calls and messages when necessary.
- Back up for distributing all mail and processes overnight packages
- Work with uniform vendor to address uniform issues and verify receipts.
- Breakroom stocking and maintaining.
- Support management with organizing events, including - set up, breakdown, ordering
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Handling basic HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
- Assists the human resources department in carrying out various administrative duties to support and assist with the training and development program, recruitment process, activity committee, maintaining paper employee records and other HR activities.
- Planning and execution of monthly service award celebration - set up, breakdown, ordering and pick up of food items.
- Gathers, reviews, and maintains reports, forms, records, supporting documentation, and other information needed in support of delegated administrative responsibilities.
- Assists with answering questions on travel arrangements for all associates through Honda's travel system and works with travel agency on international travel and issues.
- Maintains an electronic & hard copy filing system and retrieves documents as needed.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
